Plumber Technician – Maintenance & Backflow Specialist

About the role

The Plumber Technician will maintain and repair building plumbing systems, ensuring efficient operation across domestic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural facilities. The role involves extensive pipe installation, fixture repair, and backflow prevention device management in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Inspect building plans, cut openings, thread and bend pipes, and install valves using various materials such as metal, glass, clay, and plastic.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Perform backflow inspection, testing, and maintenance of backflow prevention devices and systems.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a Master or Journeyman plumbing license.
• Minimum 36 months of plumbing experience, specializing in backflow inspection and maintenance.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a Qatar residency visa.
• DoD Secret security clearance.
