PMO Senior Consultant

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a Senior PMO Consultant to lead the design and implementation of standardized project management methodologies across its technology‑driven initiatives in Doha. The role will support project managers, ensure governance, and provide performance reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide project managers with required tools, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, objectives, and agreed timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and project delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management or project governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks and governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects within technology‑driven environments.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory; GCC residency preferred.
• Preference for experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
