Primary & Early Years Teacher – Doha, Qatar

About the role

Step 2 Recruitment is seeking qualified Primary and Early Years teachers to join an established British‑curriculum school in Doha for the August 2026 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour and foster strong relationships with students, staff and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for primary or early years classes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross‑subject initiatives and school events.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching the British Curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to support additional school duties as needed.
