Private Banker – High Net Worth Client Management

About the role

The Private Banker will manage relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers, providing a one‑stop solution for domestic banking, investment, and lending services. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to generate referrals and grow the private banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve lending and deposit volume targets across the Private Banking platform.
• Develop and expand the private banking assets under management (AUM) portfolio.
• Acquire new HNW clients and cross‑sell a wide range of private banking products, including credit and investment services.
• Prepare and present tailored investment proposals and credit facilities to HNW clients.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity, providing regular feedback.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Act as the single point of contact for all private banking services for HNW customers, handling inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and promote the bank’s products.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant private banking experience.
