About the role
The company is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage procurement processes, coordinate with suppliers, and support sales operations. The role involves handling purchase and sales orders within SAP and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Process and follow up on Purchase Orders and Sales Orders using SAP.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations and coordinate pricing, availability, and deliveries.
- Prepare client quotations, commercial documents, delivery notes, and maintain accurate procurement and sales documentation.
- Monitor pending orders, quotations, and deliveries while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project teams.
Required profile
- 4 to 8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sales administration, logistics or supply chain.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP, especially Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
- Strong supplier and vendor coordination skills.
