Product Designer – AI‑driven Enterprise Software

About the role

Brain Co. is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape the visual and structural design of complex, AI‑driven software products for enterprise and governmental clients across the MENA region. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design efforts, from UX research and interaction design to visual design, prototyping, and testing.
• Experiment with emerging AI design tools such as Lovable and v0 to define new design workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate user requirements into elegant solutions.
• Design sophisticated software experiences that prioritize usability, scalability, and aesthetics for enterprise and government environments.
• Help establish and evolve a cohesive design system and guidelines.
• Advocate for users by continuously gathering insights and iterating on product experiences.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software.
• Proven track record of designing workflow‑oriented products that boost user productivity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams.
