Product Engineer – AI Operating System for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software for short-term rental operators. You will work closely with founders, designers and property managers to build and iterate on features that automate reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments and more.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points and define high-impact problems to solve.
• Design, develop and ship end-to-end features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI) including APIs, dashboards and automation engines.
• Build event-driven automation and AI-powered workflows using LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Twilio, Stripe and other integrations.
• Maintain reliable integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway and payment providers.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across the full stack.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
