Product Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Management Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development and delivery for a range of digital products. The role bridges business strategy, experience design, engineering and analytics to drive measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and multi‑year roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery, prioritisation and backlog grooming activities.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, gather business requirements and ensure they translate into actionable deliverables.
• Drive Agile product management practices, including sprint planning and review.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance, customer outcomes and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Oversee product governance, investment decisions and portfolio optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional product teams.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands‑on experience in Agile environments.
