Your main job is to decide what matters, why it matters, and ensure the right things get built quickly. The role focuses on business outcomes, practical decisions, and speed, creating value in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business goals, user needs, and engineering reality.
• List options, compare trade‑offs, and make clear decisions.
• Prioritize based on business value, speed, and impact.
• Work directly with developers and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Apply Agile pragmatically, stay flexible, and avoid bureaucracy.
• Ship good‑enough solutions quickly, test them, and iterate fast.
• Turn ideas into small, actionable steps.
• Stay current with technology shifts, especially AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Focus on outcomes that are cheaper, faster, and better.
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong business thinking and decision‑making ability.
• Excellent English communication.
• Comfortable speaking with both developers and business stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of UI/UX and willingness to do the work yourself.
• Ability to make decisions without over‑analyzing.
• Deep understanding of prioritization and trade‑offs.
• Awareness of modern technology trends, especially AI and LLMs.
• Fast‑moving, execution‑focused mindset.
• Not process‑heavy and takes ownership of delivering meaningful work.
