Product Support Operations Manager – Retrofit, Repair, Modification & Maintenance

About the role

The Product Support Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day maintenance operations for F‑15 aircraft at Al Udeid Air Base, ensuring contractual and customer requirements are met. This on‑site position requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities across multiple areas, ensuring compliance with contractual, customer and organizational standards.
• Develop interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless maintenance services.
• Analyze technical documents (TOs, TCTOs, engineering and maintenance data) to plan workflow, resources and timelines.
• Oversee cost targets, identify reduction initiatives, and ensure timely aircraft return to service.
• Lead manpower planning, staffing, training, performance management and personal development.

Required profile

• At least 1 year in a leadership role or completion of Boeing’s Exploring Leadership course.
• 1+ year providing technical oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, with experience briefing US Government customers.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.
