Program Manager – DEEP Qatar

About the role

ESMT Berlin’s DEEP Institute is expanding its innovation hub to Qatar and seeks a Program Manager to lead the local delivery of its flagship programmes – DEEP Academy, DEEP Pioneers and CDL Doha. Based in Doha, you will ensure each cohort week, venture session and mentor gathering runs smoothly while building DEEP Qatar’s brand presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of cohort sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, catering and travel logistics for participants, mentors and faculty.
• Coordinate onboarding, briefings and on‑site support for faculty, speakers and practitioners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants during programme weeks, handling inquiries and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Maintain alignment with CDL global standards while adapting programmes to the local context.
• Manage project‑level budgets, track spend and report to the Operations Lead.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Operations team in Berlin to ensure consistency across the DEEP network.
• Provide local execution support for Berlin‑led activities that involve Qatar.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes in a new market without an existing playbook.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in programme, event or project management, preferably in an educational or innovation setting.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Doha on a full‑time basis (40 hrs/week) starting August‑September 2026.
