About the role

Qatar Charity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join its international operations. The role may be based in one of the organization’s field offices worldwide and will focus on delivering humanitarian and development programmes that align with the charity’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of humanitarian and development programmes and projects.
Translate Qatar Charity’s strategic objectives into actionable projects that address vulnerable communities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, donor requirements, and approved budgets.
Coordinate with field offices, partners, and stakeholders to achieve measurable results.

Required profile

Proven experience in program or project management within humanitarian or development contexts.
Ability to work in field offices worldwide.
Strong understanding of donor compliance and budget management.
