Project Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly competent Project Control Manager to lead planning, cost control, risk management and reporting for infrastructure and local road projects in Lusail. The role works closely with the Project Director to ensure strategies meet cost, schedule and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent, maintaining baselines and look‑ahead plans.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cost control system, track budgets, expenditures and produce variance analyses.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, providing early warnings and recommendations to avoid delays or overruns.
• Design and enforce project control procedures, standardising reporting templates, workflows and documentation.
• Define and monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, productivity and risk, preparing monthly performance dashboards.
• Consolidate project data into executive reports and prepare materials for internal and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in project control, cost and planning within infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑project environments and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Valid QID and NOC.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software).
• Cost control software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
