Project Manager – Grid Software

About the role

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Grid Software team in Doha as a Project Manager. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of grid software projects, bridging sales, technical design, legal, and implementation phases to ensure successful outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project delivery from sales engagement through technical design, commercial and legal aspects.
• Manage profit and loss for assigned projects, adhering to scope, timeline, and allocated resources.
• Coordinate engineering resources both in‑house and at back‑offices to meet contractual deadlines.
• Support sales and proposal activities, analyse RFQs, develop technical solutions, estimate costs and prepare commercial offers.
• Engage closely with customers, ensuring high‑quality communication and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with the software product lifecycle team to guarantee solution success during implementation.
• Participate in workshops, events and demand‑creation activities to drive order intake and revenue growth.
