Project Manager – Hydrogeology (Water Resources)

About the role

As a Project Manager in our Hydro business unit in Doha, you will lead water resources and infrastructure projects, overseeing hydrogeological investigations and delivering sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects related to water resources management and water infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery.
• Plan and supervise hydrogeological investigations, including well drilling, pumping tests, groundwater monitoring, and aquifer assessments.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to provide meaningful insights for decision‑making.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, client communication, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and contractors globally to refine and enhance water‑sector solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hydrogeology, groundwater management and water infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, risks and client relationships.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus.
