Public Relations & Communication Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Consultant in Public Relations and Communication to support one of our clients. The consultant will lead the development and dissemination of publications and media programmes that showcase the agency’s role, activities and functions, working closely with internal units. The role involves close collaboration with relevant administrative entities to ensure consistent messaging and to support the agency’s public image.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor newspaper and media articles related to the agency, compile them for officials and draft appropriate responses.
• Prepare and issue publications and media programmes that introduce the agency’s role, activities and functions.
• Coordinate with administrative units to design and implement awareness and educational programmes about the agency’s activities through events and other channels.
• Handle visitor requests and complaints, forward them to the relevant units and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in managing communication channels and ensure that inquiries are addressed promptly.

Required profile

• 6 to 20 years of experience in public relations and communication.
