QHSE Lead Auditor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Lead Auditor who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The role focuses on delivering professional audits across quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems, supporting integrated management system initiatives and various second‑party audits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits in line with ISO 19011, Bureau Veritas Management System and BVC MER Operations Manual.
• Maintain strict adherence to the BV Code of Ethics, confidentiality and quality assurance requirements.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, emerging technologies and scheme developments.
• Manage the full audit cycle from planning through reporting, coordinating with audit team leaders and technical teams.
• Report unexpected situations, ensure professional conduct, and protect company assets.
• Support sales by identifying and sharing potential business leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medium or large industrial environment.
• Hands‑on experience in planning, production, QA/QC, maintenance or project management.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with QMS, EMS, OHSAS or related schemes; auditing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
