Quality Engineer (Qatari National)

About the role

The Quality Engineer ensures that KONE’s products and processes meet the organisation’s quality standards. The role drives continuous‑improvement projects through data analysis, inspections and testing, and supports the Quality Manager in implementing the company’s quality strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise quality performance improvement based on data analysis.
• Investigate non‑conformances using continuous‑improvement methodologies, determine root causes and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Create and analyse large data sets from multiple platforms to identify trends.
• Perform in‑process or product inspections, sampling and testing to validate requirements.
• Maintain and update quality records required by procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate preventive and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, diligent and organised self‑starter with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Must be a Qatari national due to current labour regulations.
