Quality Production Specialist – F-15 Qatar Program

About the role

Boeing Global Services is looking for a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program at Al Udeid Air Base. You will ensure that quality standards are integrated early in program development and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Review proposals, contracts, regulatory and customer requirements to embed quality early in program development.
• Develop and maintain quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
• Analyze process data, metrics and models to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct research and compile performance reports to continuously improve process capability.
• Perform supplier quality source selection and process reviews to support business decisions.
• Execute hardware, software and system level audits for compliance with quality management system standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide material review dispositions for non‑conforming parts and equipment.
• Work under general direction and obtain the required US Security Clearance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of quality or inspection experience on military aircraft, preferably the F‑15.
• 3+ years working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, overtime and possible rotating shifts.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• On‑site work at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
