About the role
Candidzone is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for its Doha office. The role involves commercial and measurement responsibilities across major civil and structural projects, including MEP, telecom, instrumentation, and industrial works.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and quantify earthworks, piling, concrete, reinforcement and formwork works.
- Oversee structural steel, roads, drainage and civil & architectural finishes.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (attestable).
- 8–15 years of quantity surveying experience on civil and structural projects.
- RICS/CIOB certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, variations and cost control.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Bluebeam.
- PlanSwift.
- CostX.
- AutoCAD.
- Revit (or Navisworks) – advantage.
