Recreation Experience Expert – Guest Services

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary point of contact for all guest‑focused recreation activities at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha. You will inform guests about available facilities such as pools, beach, fitness centre, entertainment zones and child‑activity areas, while fostering a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, register and schedule guests for a variety of recreation programs and private events.
• Provide information on facility rules, safety procedures and respond to emergencies according to local protocols.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, rental equipment fees and facility rentals.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of recreation areas, equipment and supplies.
• Deliver courteous service to all guests, including those with disabilities, and uphold the brand’s Gold Standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hospitality environment.
