Recreation Experience Expert – Pool Attendant

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a friendly and attentive Recreation Experience Expert to manage pool and other leisure facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they enjoy safe, fun, and memorable recreation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about pool, beach, fitness centre, game‑room and child‑activities facilities.
• Register, schedule and encourage guest participation in recreation programmes.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals and facility fees.
• Assist with private functions, group activities and events within recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a passion for guest service is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Comfort working outdoors on slippery or uneven surfaces and navigating stairs or ramps.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First‑Aid certification.
