Relocation Consultant - Qatar

About the role

Move One is hiring a Relocation Consultant in Doha, Qatar, to help deliver a seamless relocation experience for international assignees and their families. You will manage end-to-end relocation services, including home search, school search, orientation, settling-in support and client coordination, across the Middle East & Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full relocation lifecycle, from assignee planning and destination services to settling-in support and post-relocation assistance.
• Act as the main point of contact for assignees, giving personalized guidance throughout the move.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor services to each client and assignee.
• Accompany assignees on home-finding trips, school searches, orientation tours, property viewings and settling-in appointments.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as immigration, destination services and account management.
• Build relationships with clients, assignees, landlords, schools and other service providers.
• Arrange and oversee services such as temporary accommodation, lease negotiations, utility connections, banking assistance and local registrations.
• Maintain accurate records, case notes and system updates, and monitor service quality while escalating issues when needed.
• Work with approved vendors and partners to meet quality standards, and stay informed on local housing markets, schooling options and cultural practices.
• Represent Move One professionally in client meetings and other customer-facing interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in relocation coordination, customer service or global mobility.
• Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with local housing markets and schooling options.
