Reports and Analysis Support Professional

About the role

ITA International is looking for a Reports and Analysis Support Professional to provide subject‑matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron in Qatar. The role involves handling security‑related traffic and incident reports, ensuring accurate data entry and timely distribution to commanders and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Brief the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidents involving base personnel.
• Review, process, and distribute traffic incident, accident, ticket, complaint and information reports.
• Analyze final actions by commanders to ensure timeliness and appropriateness, and take corrective action when needed.
• Compile statistics, trend summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Manage installation traffic point, driving revocation and debarment programs.
• Ensure submission of NIBRS, DIBRS, Report Control Symbol (RCS) and other required reports.
• Maintain communication with installation leadership on status and activities.

Required profile

• Experience inputting traffic citations, accidents and incident/complaint reports into the Air Force approved system of record.
• Minimum one year of experience with DoD Law Enforcement reporting and analysis databases such as ARIS and AFJIS.
• Familiarity with NIBRS, DIBRS and Report Control Symbol reporting requirements.
