About the role
The Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. Working in a fast‑paced, multi‑inclusive resort environment, you will ensure smooth booking processes and deliver exceptional service from inquiry to arrival.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails and online booking requests and provide accurate information on room types, rates and hotel amenities.
- Process new reservations, cancellations and modifications using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Enter guest, reservation and payment details accurately and maintain up‑to‑date booking records.
- Handle special requests such as early check‑in, late check‑out or additional services.
- Communicate confirmations and pre‑arrival instructions to guests via email or message.
- Follow up on no‑shows, cancellations and inquiries to optimise occupancy.
- Address and resolve reservation‑related concerns or complaints professionally.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in front office, hospitality or reservations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation software.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and email communication.
