About the role
HUDSON is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a reputed restaurant group in Doha. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and achieving business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and control expenses.
- Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Oversee food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Train, coach, and manage staff performance.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 7-10 years of restaurant operations experience, including at least 2 years as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Professional, well‑groomed, and presentable personality.
- Age below 40 years.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
What we offer
- Salary package of QAR 8,000‑10,000, depending on experience.
