About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations at the Autograph Collection hotel in Doha, ensuring smooth and efficient service. You will interact with guests in Arabic and English, handling inquiries and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant team members, including shift planning and task delegation.
- Monitor service standards, food and beverage presentation, and hygiene and safety practices.
- Assist with reservations, table management, and support staff training and performance feedback.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel food‑and‑beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Supervisory skills such as team coordination and task delegation.
- Knowledge of service standards and menu familiarity.
- Understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
