Restaurant Supervisor – Front-of-House Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in overseeing front‑of‑house operations. The role involves training staff, ensuring service standards, and maintaining a smooth daily flow in a busy dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front‑of‑house team members.
• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, manage staff attendance, and communicate menu updates, reservations, and special guest requirements.
• Monitor food quality and service standards in coordination with the kitchen.
• Utilize the POS system for order entry, cash handling, and reporting.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Provide performance feedback, encourage teamwork, and act as a role model for service excellence.
• Support training initiatives, participate in recruitment, and manage probation reviews and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Promote current promotions and represent the brand positively.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills
