Retail Manager - Fashion

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Retail Manager to lead its fashion retail network in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on driving commercial performance across multiple stores while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and cascade brand strategy across the store network, ensuring alignment with marketing and CX programs.
• Control discounts, margins and P&L to maintain profitability and meet sales targets.
• Monitor sales, stock levels and sell‑out data, managing shortages and coordinating with merchandising.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing quantitative reports to commercial teams.
• Develop, motivate and evaluate Store Managers and their teams to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 7+ years retail experience, including 2–3 years managing multiple stores in a fashion or luxury environment.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and profitability.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience developing Store Managers.
• Hands‑on experience in stock management, sell‑out analysis and forecasting.
• In‑depth knowledge of GCC retail market trends; fluency in English required.
