Retail Sales Executive – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

As a Retail Sales Executive for Minimalist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our stores in Qatar. You will build lasting relationships, understand individual style preferences, and guide shoppers toward products that match their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Proactively approach shoppers, answer questions, assess needs, and recommend suitable items.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a professional experience.
• Drive sales by explaining promotions, special offers, and discounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with internal departments, and continuously improve performance.
• Uphold Minimalist’s standards of excellence in every interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer‑facing sales roles within Qatar, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry, or related sectors.
• Relevant academic degree such as Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Optional certification in sales management from an accredited provider.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
