Revenue Management Analyst – Doha

About the role

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join their Revenue Management team as a Revenue Management Analyst based in Doha, Qatar. In this role you will support the Revenue Management department within the Central Commercial Business Intelligence team by delivering analysis and insights to support commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights.
• Perform root cause analysis of business performance variances, identifying drivers behind changes in revenue, volumes, and yield at network, POS, route and channel levels.
• Support Revenue Management initiatives by delivering data‑driven analyses on pricing, demand and revenue optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including Revenue Management, Sales, Corporate Planning, Finance and Loyalty teams to address business questions and analytical requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations through clear visualisations, reports and presentations tailored to business audiences.
• Prepare forecasts, business cases and ad‑hoc analyses to support planning, budgeting and strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity by validating data sources and KPI calculations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in airline, revenue management or commercial functions.
• Strong analytical ability and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
