Rigger – Crane Lifting Operations

About the role

Ras Laffan is hiring riggers to perform safe lifting, rigging and movement of heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other lifting equipment. The position is a 3-month contract, extendable, with immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

• Perform safe lifting, rigging and movement of heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other lifting equipment.
• Inspect rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, hooks and lifting accessories, before use.
• Coordinate with crane operators and lifting supervisors using standard hand signals and radio communication.
• Follow approved lifting plans, load calculations and HSE procedures to ensure safe lifting operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience; an experience certificate must be provided.
• A third-party certificate (TPC) that is at least 3 years old and currently valid; TUV is preferred.
• Working hours of 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Required documents

• CV, passport copy, QID copy and computer card.
• Blue background photo, experience certificate, old TPC and new TPC.

What we offer
