Sales Associate / Course Counsellor

About the role

Convert leads into course enrollments, achieve individual sales targets, and work full‑time on‑site in Doha on a morning shift. The role involves telesales, cold calling, handling objections, negotiating and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads into course enrollments and meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct telesales and cold‑calling to generate interest and follow up leads.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure high engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM with all client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Experience in telesales, cold calling, lead generation and follow‑up.
• Proven ability in objection handling, negotiation and closing sales.
• Target‑oriented, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Professional teamwork, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
