About the role

The In‑Store Sales Associate will represent Carter & White’s luxury brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance. You will engage shoppers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a professional, brand‑aligned approach.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell while maintaining an authentic luxury experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales service efficiently.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Process sales transactions accurately, follow cash‑handling procedures, and support opening/closing duties.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, displaying merchandise, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, and ensure proper merchandise handling.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to meet store goals and attend training sessions.
• Adhere to security, health & safety, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
