Sales Consultant

About the role

Leaders Training Centre in Doha is hiring Sales Consultants (Course Counsellors) to turn leads into student enrollments and nurture long‑term client relationships. The role works the evening shift on‑site and offers visa sponsorship for selected international candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telesales and cold‑calling activities to convert prospects into course enrollments.
• Manage and update leads in the CRM system while maintaining relationships with prospective students.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets and commission goals.
• Deliver presentations and advise clients on available courses and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and work under pressure to meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑oriented, results‑driven with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate teamwork and maintain professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
