Sales Excellence Lead – Qatar

About the role

As a Sales Excellence Lead for Qatar, you will work closely with the General Manager and the Country Leadership Team to drive business operations, shape strategy, and optimize performance across sales, consumption, and support functions. This role provides a 360-degree view of the business and influences key decisions that impact growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the predictable Rhythm of Connection (RoC) across the region, improving cadence and alignment.
• Guide sales and consumption strategies, establishing prioritized sales plays.
• Build relationships with sales, consumption, and support managers, using data‑driven insights to identify coaching needs.
• Promote adoption of new habits and processes among sales, consumption, and support teams.
• Partner with leaders to remove roadblocks, increase customer face‑time, and enhance seller effectiveness.
• Develop and leverage reporting and analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights for sellers and managers.
• Ensure adherence to processes and standards, holding managers accountable when necessary.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions.
• 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, or customers.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence cross‑functional teams.
