Sales Executive – Hotel (Female)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive (Female) position is based at Plaza Inn Doha, a modern 239‑room hotel in the heart of Qatar’s capital. The role focuses on generating new corporate and leisure business, nurturing key accounts, and promoting the hotel’s rooms, suites and meeting facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate and leisure accounts through sales calls, client visits and networking events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and negotiate rates and packages to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with existing key accounts and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with reservations, front office, marketing and revenue‑management teams to execute promotions.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, familiarisation visits and local networking events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably as a Sales Executive or account manager.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, develop targeted sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and professional business writing abilities.
• Comfort using hotel sales and reservation systems, CRM tools and standard office software.
• Track record of collaborative work with operations, marketing and revenue‑management teams.
• High level of organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages and knowledge of the Doha hospitality market are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Nationality: Philippines preferred.
