About the role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the snack‑food business in Qatar, focusing on market execution, stock management and customer relationships. You will work closely with first‑line customer managers, logistics, and the accounting team to ensure product availability and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with first‑line customer management for in‑market executions.
- Negotiate marketing spend allocations with customers.
- Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within guidelines.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Support debt recovery and assist accounting with reconciliations.
- Maintain 24/7 shelf availability, visibility, freshness and proper rotation of stock.
- Work within allocated trade spend and analyze market trends for new product evaluations.
- Guide and supervise merchandisers on the retail floor.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of sales experience in a snack‑food business in Qatar, preferably crisps.
- Diploma in sales, marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid Qatar light‑vehicle driving licence.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
