Sales Executive - Residences

About the role

The Sales Executive – Residences will drive residential sales for InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, positioning the luxury residences as the preferred choice for long‑term and extended‑stay guests. You will build new business, nurture existing relationships, and ensure a seamless, personalized sales journey for corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales activities in line with the property’s commercial strategy, occupancy goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new residential business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market visits and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective residents and corporate accounts.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective residents, corporate clients and relocation partners.
• Recommend suitable residential options, packages and services based on client requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with corporate decision‑makers, HR departments, relocation companies, embassies and other potential sources of business.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings and pricing to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Front Office, Reservations, Finance and other departments to ensure a smooth sales‑to‑residence journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel sales, serviced residences, residential leasing, luxury accommodation or corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of the Doha corporate and residential market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer and relationship management capabilities.
• Commercially driven with a clear focus on achieving business objectives.
• Well‑organized, proactive and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
