Sales Manager – Building Materials & Construction Chemicals

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Building Materials and Construction Chemicals division. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening long‑term relationships, and driving revenue growth across existing and new product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic business plan to increase market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Set annual sales objectives, quotas, and profit targets for both existing and new products.
• Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay informed on competitor activity.
• Develop marketing strategies, analyze trends, and adjust plans to meet unit and gross‑profit goals.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a sales team to achieve divisional and individual targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling building materials, construction chemicals, waterproofing products, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
• Track record of driving the sales process from planning to close.
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
