Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles to join the DOMASCO Commercial Vehicles Division in Qatar. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for driving revenue and unit‑sales growth through effective sales strategies, financial oversight and strong team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for trucks, vans, buses and material‑handling products to achieve revenue, unit‑sales and market‑share targets.
• Lead, motivate and support sales executives and account managers by setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews and monitoring KPIs.
• Build the fleet and B2B pipeline, visit prospects and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit.
• Manage key customer relationships, lead high‑level negotiations and ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor margins, cost structures and ROI while overseeing pricing, discounts and finance or leasing packages in collaboration with the finance team.
• Support annual budgeting, review sales orders and ensure timely payments from credit customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, targets versus actuals and team activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; engineering qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in B2B, fleet and retail customer relationship management and negotiations.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate market requirements into effective sales and stocking plans.
