Sales Manager – Infection Control & Medical Supplies

About the role

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in the Doha Metropolitan Area and is responsible for leading sales activities for infection control and medical supply solutions. The Sales Manager will oversee a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with healthcare customers.
• Develop proposals and pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on inventory, delivery, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive, solution‑focused support.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development experience in healthcare or medical supplies.
• Proven account management and customer relationship skills within the Gulf region.
• Ability to set clear goals, coach, and improve sales team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Doha with occasional client visits and travel.
