Sales Manager – Staffing & Recruitment

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development in the staffing and recruitment sector in Qatar. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new contracts, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate a robust sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct engagement.
• Pursue relevant government and semi‑government tenders and manpower opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts.
• Develop existing accounts through renewals, extensions, cross‑selling, and additional manpower requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful client fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and business development KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in staffing, recruitment or manpower outsourcing in Qatar.
• 8‑10 years of overall sales or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and proven track record of generating new business.
• Extensive network and client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
