Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to both the Sales and Marketing functions, acting as a key link between internal teams, clients and agencies to ensure commercial activities are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with pipeline monitoring, client meeting preparation and documentation such as quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate campaign requirements with clients, advertising agencies and Operations, handling artwork, specifications, scheduling and licensing.
• Monitor campaign status, flag delays or client concerns and ensure timely follow‑up across departments.
• Organise delivery, collection and follow‑up of quotations, proposals, bookings and outstanding campaign items.
• Assist the Marketing team in executing campaigns, preparing presentations, updating content and managing social‑media and digital assets.
• Compile market intelligence, competitor information and customer satisfaction surveys to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain confidential electronic and physical records for Sales and Marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, advertising or media account servicing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, highly organized and proactive with great attention to detail.
