Sales & Marketing Executive – Hotel/Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our prestigious hotel/resort in Doha, Qatar. The role involves developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence in a competitive hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and brand consistency.
• Represent the hotel/resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury hotel/resort market trends.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
