Sales Operations Manager – MEA Service Business

About the role

We are looking for a HUB Sales Operations Manager to lead sales excellence across our MEA Service business. In this strategic role you will optimise sales processes, govern pipeline and forecasting, and turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales process optimisation, pipeline governance and opportunity management for the MEA Service organisation.
• Oversee GTS and MIMO processes, ensuring standardised and efficient sales workflows.
• Manage Salesforce data integrity and act as the regional SFDC subject‑matter expert.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and automated reporting solutions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning; monitor forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
• Facilitate forecast, pipeline and business reviews, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of CRM, analytics and sales‑enablement tools.
• Train and support users on Salesforce, Power BI, forecasting processes and sales analytics tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Front‑End Sales and Local Service Units to align priorities and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Establish best practices in sales operations, reporting, analytics and data management.

Required profile

• Results‑driven professional with proven experience in sales operations or analytics.
• Strong ability to solve complex business challenges and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working in an international environment.
