Sales Representative RMX

About the role

The Sales Representative RMX will drive sales of Ready‑Mix Concrete and Value Added Products, building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the Qatar market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts and market segments.
• Drive sales of Ready‑Mix Concrete and Value Added Products, identifying opportunities for solution‑based sales.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and follow up to secure orders.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, customer trends and project pipelines, sharing relevant market intelligence.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, technical, quality and other teams to ensure effective customer service and order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in Ready‑Mix Concrete, construction or building materials, with strong knowledge of the Qatar market.
• Experience selling Value Added Products or solution‑based construction products is an advantage.
