Sales Supervisor – Vehicle Rentals (Qatar)

About the role

The Retail Sales Supervisor will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives and Drivers to deliver high‑quality rental services, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximise revenue for ALF Vehicle Rentals in the Doha region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction standards through process enhancements and regular NPS, Google and Booking.com surveys.
• Coach and motivate the team to increase rental revenue, manage vehicle allocation, and achieve utilisation targets.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, accurate documentation, and zero‑error records via audits.
• Plan staffing, training and development initiatives to keep the service team motivated and skilled.
• Uphold branch standards, conduct image audits and develop relationships with airport authorities, government institutions, schools and corporate clients.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with a Management Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a customer‑service or sales team.
• Proven ability to handle customer disputes, grievances and administrative duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Co‑Pilot software.
