SAP Consultant (Procurement / Material Management)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specialized in Procurement and Materials Management to strengthen our SAP environment. The role focuses on optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes, configuring SAP MM solutions, and supporting integration with related SAP modules in an S/4HANA landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions with emphasis on procurement and sourcing.
• Manage the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor evaluation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support vendor master data, sourcing, and contract management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of MM with Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Assist with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement enhancements and SAP Ariba integration.
• Participate in full‑lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide production support and resolve procurement‑related system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Materials Management with a focus on procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay processes and vendor management.
• Experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects and enterprise procurement transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
