SAP DRC & Tax Integration Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a SAP DRC & Tax Integration Consultant to lead the implementation and management of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for Qatar’s regulatory environment. The role will ensure seamless integration with the General Tax Authority (GTA) portals and support the organization’s readiness for e‑invoicing, VAT and digital reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP DRC to meet Qatar localization and e‑invoicing standards.
• Design, develop and support integrations between SAP and the Qatar General Tax Authority portals using APIs, XML and middleware (SAP CPI/PI/PO).
• Integrate DRC with Accounts Receivable (SD), Accounts Payable (FI/MM) and Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) processes.
• Monitor compliance with Qatar corporate tax and upcoming VAT/e‑invoicing mandates, preparing tax reports and audit documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot connectivity, validation and submission issues, and coordinate with external vendors and GTA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including SAP DRC/eDocument/ACR implementation and tax‑portal integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM preferred).
